WANTED: Rental Property Owners or Managers
The South Milwaukee Police Department will be holding the 2nd Phase I class of their Crime Free Multi- Housing Program and YOU ARE INVITED!
The class will be held November 18-19 from 5-9pm at the South Milwaukee City Hall.
This proactive approach by the police department is designed to be Pro-Property Manager/Owner, Pro-Tenant, and ANTI-Crime.
We help to address premises liabiliby, criminal activity, and improving the quality of life at rental properties.
If you own a rental property, or know someone who does, we would love to have you/them attend and go through the program.
The cost: FREE!
