Miss St. Francis 2014, Brynn Weinzirl leaves for Miss Wisconsin Competition

Miss St. Francis 2014, Brynn Weinzirl (Oak Creek), will be leaving on Sunday, June 15, 2014 to represent our community in the Miss Wisconsin Pageant in Oshkosh! Join us in wishing Brynn the best of luck at state and get a peek at her competition wardrobe on Sunday, June 15, 2014 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon the St. Francis Lions Center, 3476 E. Howard Avenue, St. Francis, 53235.

Events Open to the Public at the Miss Wisconsin Pageant include the preliminary competitions. On Wednesday, June 18, Brynn will compete in Lifestyle & Fitness in swimsuit and On-stage interview. On Thursday, June 19 she will showcase her Talent and Evening Gown. For all those attending the pageant in person, you may visit with Brynn following the Wednesday & Thursday preliminary shows. All visitors are more than welcome & appreciated. Brynn is attending University of Wisconsin-Parkside with ambition of becoming an elementary teacher. An award winning tap dancer, she will present a fast-paced, self-choreographed tap performance to Elvis’ “Bosa Nova Baby”.

On Friday, June 20th the Miss Wisconsin’s Outstanding Teen competition will take place. Miss Wisconsin 2014 will be selected on Saturday, June 21st. All contestants will appear during the final show, with only the Top 11 re-competing for the title and the opportunity to represent Wisconsin at the Miss America Pageant in Atlantic City, NJ in September 2014. YOU can help select the “People’s Choice” finalist! Internet voting to choose the 11th finalist at http://www.misswisconsin.com/vote/ A $600.00, "People\'s Choice" scholarship will be awarded to the contestant receiving the most internet votes. This voting process is being conducted by a secure, off-site server. Each vote costs $1.00.

Ticket prices are $15.00 for each preliminary night, $20 Friday Teen Pageant and $40.00 for Saturday. Tickets are available on line at: https://www.misswisconsin.com/miss-wi-pageants/ticket-order.php Pageant is held at the Alberta Kimball Civic Auditorium on the corner of Taft and Eagle Street in Oshkosh.

Other events include Brynn’s private interview competition on Tuesday, June 17, dinners, luncheons, autograph session and hours of rehearsals throughout the week! The host hotel is Comfort Suites Oshkosh: 400 S Koeller St, Oshkosh, WI, 54902.
