Detective Timothy Blunt of the St. Francis Police Department formally completed the School of Police Staff and Command offered by Northwestern University on November 9th 2012.
This ten week program challenges those who are selected by their agencies and accepted by the university with an intense academic agenda.
Its graduates are expected to make
recommendations in department operations, service to the community, and be future leaders of their organizations.
