CUDAHY

BURGLARY

A door frame sustained $200 damage in a forced entry to an apartment in the 3600 block of East Layton Avenue in which nothing was taken between Dec. 2-4.

An estimated $300 in damage was done to the front door of Coaches Corner, 5832 S. Packard Ave., in an attempted burglary in which nothing appeared to have been taken on Dec. 6.

A 40-inch flat screen TV valued at $1,050 was taken from Club Bagdad, 3776 E. Layton Ave., on Dec. 6. Four gaming machines in the bar sustained $1,200 in damage, along with $50 in damage that was caused to the front door.

Approximately $2,925 in car and industrial batteries and a seat from machinery were taken from residential property in the 5100 block of South Whitnall Avenue on Dec. 11-12.

A Social Security card, birth certificate and approximately $150 in Christmas gifts were taken from a residence in the 3600 block of East Underwood Avenue on Dec. 12.

Car stereo speakers valued at $100 were taken from an unlocked car in a garage in the 3800 block of East Whittaker Avenue on Dec. 13-14.

Approximately $200 in damage was caused to two unlocked vehicles parked in a garage in the 3800 block of East Whittaker Avenue on Dec. 14. Another $20 in alcoholic beverages was also taken from the garage.

THEFT

Approximately $100 in cash was taken from a purse in a residence in the 3600 block of Iona Terrace by a white or Hispanic female in her early 20s who asked to the use the telephone on Nov. 17.

Approximately $2,500 in cash was taken from a locked locker at the YMCA, 3244 E. College Ave., on Nov. 27. There were no signs of forced entry to the locker, which was locked with a key lock.

A hot dog cart valued at $4,000 was taken while chained to a fence in a backyard in the 3800 block of East Martin Avenue between Nov. 27-28.

A 16-year-old Cudahy boy was arrested for taking a bicycle from the bike rack at Cudahy High School, 4950 S. Lake Drive, on Nov. 30.

Two bicycles valued at $200 were taken from a backyard of a residence in the 3100 block of East Underwood Avenue between Dec. 4-5.

A cement mixer valued at $1,900 was taken along with a car radio and battery from the rear of a yard in the 5100 block of South Whitnall Avenue between Dec. 8-11.

ASSAULT

A 56-year-old Cudahy man was arrested for battery after assaulting a 66-year-old man outside his residence on the street in the 3400 block of East Cudahy Avenue on Dec. 11, breaking three of the man's ribs. A 41-year-old man who was part of the altercation was also arrested for disorderly conduct.

DRUG POSSESSION

A 15-year-old Cudahy boy was arrested for possession of marijuana at Cudahy High School, 4950 South Lake Drive, on Nov. 16.

VANDALISM

A rear tire was punctured on a truck parked in the 3900 block of East Pulaski Avenue on Dec. 6, causing $200 damage.

A rock thrown through a large front window caused $2,000 damage to Packard Auto, 5780 S. Packard Ave. on Dec. 7.

Four tires valued at $400 were slashed on a car parked in the 3800 block of East Cudahy Avenue on Dec. 13.

OTHER

A 23-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for forgery for attempting to pass a forged prescription for oxycodone at Walgreens, 3201 E. Layton Ave., on Nov. 18.

Cudahy Police responded to one incident involving domestic violence.

ST. FRANCIS

BURGLARY

Twenty silver dollars, including one of rare vintage from 1922, were taken from an apartment in the 2500 block of East Howard Avenue between Dec. 7-11.

A GPS valued at $150 was taken during a car break-in that caused $500 damage in the 3500 block of South Lake Drive on Dec. 13.

THEFT

A right angle drill and cutting tool valued at $650 were taken from St. Ann's Intergenerational Care Center, 2801 E. Morgan Ave., between Nov. 30 and Dec. 1.

A delivery package containing plumbing materials valued at $211 was taken from outside Schoofs Plumbing, 3753 South Kinnickinnic Ave., on Dec. 8.

SOUTH MILWAUKEE

THEFT

A 14-year-old West Allis girl was referred to juvenile authorities in connection with the theft of a pearl necklace and a gold bracelet and ring valued at $625, along with $50 in gaming tokens and a $100 bottle of tequila from an apartment in the 1500 block of North Chicago Avenue on Dec. 14.

Police were seeking a 28-year-old man in connection with the theft of approximately $200 in cash from an elderly resident in her residence in the 1300 block of Manitowoc Avenue on Dec. 16. The man gained entry to the woman's home on the guise of offering to sell her a Green Bay Packers hat, and also took a check, which he forged in the amount of $280.

VANDALISM

A driver's side mirror valued at $100 was damaged on a vehicle parked in the 500 block of Park Avenue on Dec. 12.

An inflatable snowman valued at $160 was slashed in the 1900 block of 12th Avenue on Dec. 12.
