Thomas S. Putz
Thomas S. Putz died May 10, 2009, following a brief illness, at age 67.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, LaVerne; children, Thomas (Carisa) Putz, James (Sara) Putz and Lori (Tom) Balistreri; grandchildren, Kortney, Kyle, Tyler, James, Joseph, Dominic, Maggie and Emma; sisters-in-law, Carol Eisenberg and Shirley Brawders; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jody.
A memorial service was held May 15.
Schramka-Nero Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
