Session takes off with destination wedding planning

A free session on planning destination weddings will be held at St. Francis Public Library, 4230 S. Nicholson Ave., from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 19.

Microsoft Word course for beginners set

There will be a Microsoft Word for beginners two-day course held at St. Francis Public Library, 4230 S. Nicholson Ave., from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Monday, May 18, and Wednesday, May 20.

The class will outline steps for learning word processing, and how to enter, format and align text; open and save documents, and more.

The instructor is Jill Ochoa, owner of Mouse Bytez. The cost is $5 per person. Register in advance.
