Butzlaff-Paul
Abby Kaye Butzlaff and Christopher Paul were married Sept. 20, 2008, at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Cudahy.
Parents of the bride are David and Candy Butzlaff, Wauwatosa, formerly of Cudahy. Parents of the groom are Ron and Kathy Paul, Lyndon Station, formerly of Burlington.
The Rev. Daniel Marshall officiated the 1 p.m. ceremony, which was followed by a reception at the Delafield Hotel, Delafield.
The bride wore a strapless, A-line ivory gown embellished with crystal beading and her mother's veil. She carried a bouquet of cream roses and pearl-topped stephanotis.
Maid of honor was Jacquie Heffelfinger, Milwaukee, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Natalie Coulthurst, Cudahy; Candace Kane, Wauwatosa; Vanessa Parker, Wauwatosa; Rachel Suprise, Burlington; Jayme Martin, Muskego; and Robyn Nygaard, Cudahy.
Best man was Curtis Paul, Sauk City, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Miguel Fabrellas, Barcelona, Spain; Teric Taylor, Burlington; Jason Noble, Burlington; Kyle Oldenberg, Burlington; John Olson, Elkhorn; Thomas Paul, Lyndon Station; and Logan Nygaard, Cudahy.
Flower girls were Grace Nygaard, Racine; Olivia Ehlke, Whitefish Bay; and Sophia Carrier, Wauwatosa. Ring bearers were Caden Oldenberg, Burlington; and Lucas Nygaard, Cudahy.
The bride, a 2003 graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran High School, is an assistant property manager at The Reserve, Wauwatosa.
The groom, a 1998 graduate of Burlington High School, is a manager at Chili's, Delevan, and a drummer in the Audio Arcade Band.
The couple honeymooned in South Dakota for a week. They reside in Elkhorn.
