The Way I See It!
I am an Ultra-Conservative, Alpha-Male, True Authentic Leader, Type "C" Personality, who is very active in my community; whether it is donating time, clothes or money for Project Concern or going to Common Council meetings and voicing my opinions. As a blogger, I intend to provide a different viewpoint "The way I see it!" on various world, national and local issues with a few helpful tips & tidbits sprinkled in.
2010 Happy Easter Wishes
On this day, I hope the Easter Bunny has given you candy and treats and the Lord has lifted your sprits. While this year has been a very fast paced time with all of the election things going on, please take time to bask in the glory of Jesus Christ our Savior and to have Earthly fun with the Easter Bunny and family.
I pray for everyone’s safe journeys and that we all take a moment to reflect on what Jesus has given up for us and what we have gained by it.
Here is a poem I wrote about the love of our Lord and the peacefulness of Heaven.
He always has His hand out
No matter if you are in doubt
His heart is vast and blind
All He asks is for you to be kind
He is waiting for us at the gate
Only He knows our true fate
His home is pure
With Him you will feel no fear
It is a place you are free to roam
But only once you call it home
For now we cannot ask how
Because it isn’t our turn to bow
He has risen today
To help show us the way
Show Him heart and your love
And make Him proud from above
For today is Easter Day
And with it we will all pray
For His love and forgiving
For some this will be a new beginning
For the rest and for the best
That someday will be His guest
