The Way I See It!
I am an Ultra-Conservative, Alpha-Male, True Authentic Leader, Type "C" Personality, who is very active in my community; whether it is donating time, clothes or money for Project Concern or going to Common Council meetings and voicing my opinions. As a blogger, I intend to provide a different viewpoint "The way I see it!" on various world, national and local issues with a few helpful tips & tidbits sprinkled in.
A Reader Reacts With Their Story
I want to share with you a sad but typical Cudahy story. I have edited this so the person’s personal stuff is not there and fixed a few spelling errors and adjusted the formatting for the blog, but going door-to-door, I have been hearing this as well.
Is El Rey Coming to Packard Plaza?
So my wife was at the Franklin Wal-Mart checking out and two women in front of her were talking about the new South Milwaukee Wal-Mart opening in April.
Let's Talk About Hiding Something in Plain Sight
So if you travel to the Cudahy Economic Development site you will see this:
Let's Talk Some More on the Dysfunctional City of Cudahy
I have talked about that development is a major issue in Cudahy and that our different segments of City Government pertaining to it are not on the same page, no check that, not even in the same book. It is dysfunctional and with dysfunctional things it is spreading to other things. It spreads like cancer.
Common Council Meeting Today
Further below is the meeting agenda. As you all look at, notice Mayor Day is going to give updates to Packard Plaza. So do you think if I didn’t make this a big point and it wasn’t an election year he would be talking about it?
Come Join Us This Saturday @ 5-7PM
Here is your chance to be part of the solutions! I would like to ask my readers and those interested in discussions and idea sharing with Cudahy Aldermanic District One Candidate Justin Moralez, Milwaukee Alderman Tony Zielinski and myself to continually enhance the South Shore area to stop down and talk with us.
Cudahy's Undiagnosed or Misdiagnosed Business Conditions
I am told that people get it, Cudahy has a development problem, and they know Mayor Day has done very little if anything to address it let alone fix it!
Don't Forget To Check Out My Run For Alderman Facebook Page
As the April election is rapidly approaching, don’t forget to check out my run for Cudahy Alderman Facebook page for updates and conversations that are not on the blog website.
Please Take Notice Of New Berlin's Mayor on Development
I want people to take notice that one of the Mayor’s JOBS is economic development and the pursuit of finding, attracting and bring (landing) them in!
Office Space Fills As Rents Drop - Just NOT in Cudahy Packard Plaza
Office space fills as rents drop
Some Corrections on the Cudahy Wal-Mart
This last weekend, I heard something that was not exactly the truth but a revisionist who is a politician (Cudahy Mayor Day) hoping to get re-elected (fudging) and he was caught off guard when talking to another elected official (Milwaukee Alderman Tony Zielinski) about Wal-Mart.
Questions from the Art, Minds & Music Event
I would like to start this post by thanking District One Candidate Justin Moralez for thinking of me and including me to participate in this event. I would also like to thank Milwaukee Alderman Tony Zielinski for his participating and ideas. As well as Mayor Day for participating in it.

When You Open The Door Do They Have A Mask On?
During this election season, when people come to your door, are they being genuine, open and honest or are they wearing a mask as if it is Halloween and hiding who they truly are?
We Are Going To See a Lot of Detractors This Week and Next Week!
I have some good ones lined up this week and next!
We Need Fresh Ideas!
Let me start by saying, I think Justin Moralez’s idea are great! We need to start to try things outside the norm and outside the box. The same old same doesn’t work.

Odds and Ends!
Some people have claimed it was a shock that I was running for alderman. I have taken all of this with great thought and anyone that has been reading the blog since 2010 knew I would be running for Alderman in 2013 as I talked about it in many blog posts.
Oh the Detractors!
If you have been reading the blog for a while you know we get into these patterns where people come out of the woodwork to attack and belittle me. These usually happen on the days or just after the days I write a blog post critical of someone or something they feel they need to defend.
Knowing It All!!
So a commenter has stated that I am a Know It ALL!! I would like to know where I say that! Show me, show all of us! This strawman argument they attempt to make it just false and a lie.
City of Cudahy Fluoride Update
I was told that people are not interested in fluoride in the water and I should just drop it! Well I guess it was important enough and the City of Cudahy is getting questions that they updated the City Website for it.
Repository of Information
We should all think of my blog as a repository of information, hopefully together with a description of City related things, when it appears and how to troubleshoot it.
Mayor Day You Have Failed This City!
I am NOT a Johnny Come Lately on Packard Plaza nor am I just now discovering development should have been one of Mayor Day’s top priorities. He is too little too late!
Do We Want The Same Old Same Old Or Something Genuinely Different?
People are astonished by evolutionary that move to revolutionary and my take on bringing the people of the 3rd district back into power over our local government is just that!
I See the First Flinch!
Well folks, I see a certain person has changed their campaign website to now reflect their blog. Before it just said blogging and now it has their blogs name and hyperlink to it!
