Randy rumor floating around is Tony Day’s health is in question as of late.
I heard this same thing. Even heard that his kidneys are bad, but when I checked into it I was told it was just a rumor.
Randy on the DPW, I can't believe that there is too much noise for Mary Jo at the city hall. She has a private office in the back for Pete sakes. Robert Goss’s old office! What a crappy excuse that is.
No way would I allow that. Then why not just make Fridays an UNPAID day off for city hall employees. I am sure they would not like that.

Free lunches. Students need more free lunches and free breakfast because the students don’t perform well when hungry.
Horse hockey. I am sure data can be found that people hungry don’t do as well on test, but most of it falls upon lazy students and teachers having to teach to the test.
Underachievement is not exclusive to any particular socio-economic class.
I believe the Newsweek stats showed the #2 HS in the country had about 50% of kids qualifying for subsidized lunch; the #10 HS had about 100% … an illustration of socio-economically disadvantaged kids achieving like crazy.
