As a blogger, I intend to provide a different viewpoint "The way I see it!" on various world, national and local issues with a few helpful tips & tidbits sprinkled in.

1st Year K-9 Activity Log - Letter From Chief of Police Thomas D. Poellot

Cudahy, K9, Police, Safety

I cut this up to posted in reverse order to make it easier to read.

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Ezzo just completed his first year on the job in Cudahy.  In his first year the Officer Olson/Ezzo K-9 team had 112 deployments.  The following excerpts are from Officer Olson’s K-9 activity log.  This log is kept for the purpose of tracking the K-9’s activity and documenting a pattern of reliability.  Recently Officer Olson testified in court regarding the training and performance of the K-9 and prevailed at the hearing.  This K-9 program is proving to be a huge asset for the City of Cudahy.
