I am an Ultra-Conservative, Alpha-Male, True Authentic Leader, Type "C" Personality, who is very active in my community; whether it is donating time, clothes or money for Project Concern or going to Common Council meetings and voicing my opinions. As a blogger, I intend to provide a different viewpoint "The way I see it!" on various world, national and local issues with a few helpful tips & tidbits sprinkled in.
First and foremost I want to give a special thanks to Chief Operator/Lab Director at City of Cudahy Water Utility Joel Puczylowski for without his passion and dedication for the past 25 years heading up Cudahy’s Earth Day and Arbor Day Tree Ceremonies we would not have the awesome program, turnout or the 25 years winning the Tree City USA honors.
I do want to say I am sorry as both Alderman Jason Litkowiec and I made a motion that Joel Puczylowski should put the first shovel of dirt in. We didn’t mean any disrespect towards anyone else as we both thought it would have been a deserved honor for Joel Puczylowski to be first. I had a person in attendance let me know they thought it was disrespectful for the motion that Alderman Jason and I made and I can tell you that was not what we were trying to do and for that I am sorry.
I want to thank all of the people who volunteered their time Saturday’s Earth Day cleanup. Many people cleaned up all over the City of Cudahy (my family cleaned up along Pennsylvania Ave once my concrete contractor left) and it took many people to setup the effort, donated money, and supplies and support the event as well and cooked the food.
I also want to thank all of the people that came out for the Arbor Day Tree Ceremony at the Cudahy Library as turnout was very good.
I would like to share a few pictures of the event.
