1¼-cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
¼-cup melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 fl. oz. sweetened condensed milk
2/3-cup chocolate syrup
2-tablespoons instant coffee
1-teaspoon hot water
1-cup whipping cream
Optional 1-pkg of Mini Chocolate chips, Toffee Chips, Butterscotch Chips
In a small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, and margarine. In buttered 9" spring form pan or 13x9" baking dish, pat crumbs firmly on bottom and up sides of pan. Chill. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sweetened condensed milk and syrup. In small bowl, dissolve coffee in hot water; add to milk. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. (Add chips if desired) Pour into pan. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Yields: 12 servings
