Kevin Fischer is a veteran broadcaster, the recipient of over 150 major journalism awards from the Milwaukee Press Club, the Wisconsin Associated Press, the Northwest Broadcast News Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and others. He has been seen and heard on Milwaukee TV and radio stations for over three decades. A longtime aide to state Senate Republicans in the Wisconsin Legislature, Kevin can be seen offering his views on the news on the public affairs program, "InterCHANGE," on Milwaukee Public Television Channel 10, and heard filling in on Newstalk 1130 WISN. He lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their lovely young daughter, Kyla Audrey, in Franklin.

* TIMING... SNOW WILL SPREAD INTO SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN BETWEEN 5 AM AND 8 AM AND QUICKLY INTENSIFY.
* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS... 3 TO 5 INCHES.
* WINDS... BRISK NORTHWEST WINDS OF 15 TO 20 MPH WILL DEVELOP IN THE AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH... BUT HIGHER NEAR THE LAKE.
* IMPACTS... ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL CAUSE SLIPPERY ROADS. IN ADDITION... GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CAUSE SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING... REDUCING VISIBILITIES AND MAKING TRAVEL DIFFICULT.

.MODERATE SNOW WILL SPREAD EAST ACROSS SOUTHERN WISCONSIN TUESDAY MORNING AND CONTINUE FOR MUCH OF THE DAY AS STRONG LOW PRESSURE TRACKS ALONG THE WISCONSIN AND ILLINOIS BORDER. AS THE LOW PASSES... GUSTY WINDS WILL INTENSIFY TO 25 TO 30 MPH WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. THE HIGHEST CONCENTRATION OF SNOW AMOUNTS AND WINDS WILL BE NORTH OF A LINE FROM WATERTOWN TO MILWAUKEE STRETCHING INTO EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN. NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE OVER THIS AREA IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
