The Way I See It!

I am an Ultra-Conservative, Alpha-Male, True Authentic Leader, Type "C" Personality, who is very active in my community; whether it is donating time, clothes or money for Project Concern or going to Common Council meetings and voicing my opinions. As a blogger, I intend to provide a different viewpoint "The way I see it!" on various world, national and local issues with a few helpful tips & tidbits sprinkled in.

Reader and Cudahy District 3 Resident Responds

2013 Election, Alderman, Cudahy, Email, Election, Fees, Zachary Wisniewski

This is an emailed response to my post “I Am Calling a Foul on This One Zachary Wisniewski

I did edit the formatting and spacing of it, to read easier on the blog.

Before we get to this reader’s email and response, I hope people read the comments from people.  The supporters for Zachary Wisniewski were less not upset about what the Gentleman said or that Zachary Wisniewski misled him, but that I called it out and for proof put his address up.

Think about that for a minute.  Please pause and think about it.

What does this say since they don’t seem concerned?

Do you think they seem upset and shocked?

Do they seem to ask Zachary Wisniewski to clarify it and his position?  Or do they already know how he feels?

Do they even know what it is and does it matter?

It is just as an eye opener that they take a blind eye to it and just claim the guy misunderstood Zachary Wisniewski?  Which part?  That he is the current alderman or he thinks FEES are taxes?

So if they think the guy was just misunderstood Zachary Wisniewski on the FEES comments does that mean they know Zachary Wisniewski really doesn’t think FEES are taxes?

I listed Zachary Wisniewski’s blogging blue post where him and I discuss FEES and TAXES and does that jive with what Zachary Wisniewski told the gentleman or does it run counter?  If it runs counter than the gentleman just got mixed up right?

If you didn’t, here it is again: Fees

http://web.archive.org/web/20121031230058/http://bloggingblue.com/2012/02/05/if-fees-are-taxes-then-scott-walker-raised-taxes/

And this quote from Zachary Wisniewski says it all – “I know AFP tells you that taxes and fees are the same thing, but as I indicated, they’re not.”

Since his blogging blue is packed with things that run counter to what he is telling people, no wonder he left it off his Election website until I made it an issue that he included it.  That also explains why he left his blogging blue off his literature.  No wonder he conceals his name blogging on the Now blogs.  No wonder he scrubs his blogging blue.  No wonder he will not answer straight questions.  People could find the true Zachary Wisniewski and the truth hurts his election chances, not me.  The truth is his enemy not his friend!

So as you read the email below remember all of that and think and then remember what they were most upset about!

Okay, I am going to say something here.

Randy I apologize for going back on my word here about not posting on your blog for personal reasons, but I am getting a little tired of some of the comments made here.

First, let me preference the fact that my name is Frank Magestro, 3rd generation resident of Cudahy, so it can't be said I am hiding behind a false name, or I am Randy in disguise.  I am one of the people that wisniewski talked to.

Let me fill you on a couple of things that happened during the course of our conversation, first wisniewski told me that Fees are TAXES.  When I stated that fees were nothing more than taxes and were called such just to keep the voters from saying that the city raised our taxes, he said he was in total agreement with me.  When I said that the fees we pay should be called taxes so we can at least deduct them on our tax returns he again agreed with me.

Second, he waited until I SAID something before he responded, and he was in agreement with me on everything I said.  Not once did he raise an issue up first, he waited till I raised an issue and then was always in agreement when I said how I think it should be handled.

Now, I've read a few blogs of wisniewski, there is no way that you can tell me that he is a fiscal conservative.  His blogs reek of spend more, tax more, but don't cut anything and if you do cut anything then let it be something that is of no consequence to his beliefs or wants.  He is a union representative, we differed on the implementation of ACT 10 and he told he was in disagreement with it. So the question begs to be asked, how can you be in disagreement with ACT 10 yet say you are a fiscal conservative and be a union rep on top of it?

From reading a few of his blogs, wisniewski is a hard core left and believes in big government and will not be able to separate his left wing views from what is good for his constituents and not just for himself.  In that he misrepresents himself the job of any politician is to be a SERVANT of his constituents and not his own mind nor vote the way they see fit (unless that is what they stated in their campaign).  I have seen too many people get on the city council saying they are going to do this or do that and when the chips were down, decided to go against the very same things they had told the voters they were going to do.  The iceport was a good example of how people stated they were against the project, they got elected on the board with the idea of stopping it and ended up voting for the sham and ended up wasting millions of our dollars on a boondoggle that cost us even more after the idiot defaulted on the loan.

wisniewski told me that due to his child's needs, they moved to Cudahy because they had a better special needs program here.  I have no issues with that, but because of his organizing other parents  that thought like he did, he was able to have the school district cut the gifted child program to funnel that program's money for his child's need because they complained louder than the other parents.  The gifted child program is no more.  What about the needs of gifted children?  Both programs could have survived, but he chose one program over the other because his child benefited directly from one, so to hell with everything else.  To me it seems that wisniewski is NOT a compromiser nor does it seem like he wants to be one.  To me this shows that he cares only of what he can get for himself and to hell with everyone else. I thought long and hard about my conversation with him and quite frankly I was almost fooled by his demeanor and agreement with everything I said to him.  He spoke of  a couple of things that he wants to initiate if he is alderman like garden plots on unused city land, however he never addressed the need about getting more jobs in this city nor working with the CDA to try and attract businesses here and improve our economy.

We've had two mayors (McCue) who was nothing more than a shill for glowacki and lost this city almost 300 jobs from a Wal-Mart and Day who didn't even want to be mayor but got talked into it and seems to be not interested in getting jobs here (which losing ALDIs, DUNHAMs and MERCHANDISE Outlet because neither Day nor the city want to go after the owners of Packard Plaza to do much needed maintenance on the existing structures) and both of them refuse to immerse themselves in reality and are trying to make Cudahy into something it is not nor most of the residents want. Cudahy is a blue-collar town, always has been and always will be.  As such, businesses that fit our city should be brought here. We are not Whitefish Bay, or Brookfield, or the upper east side, anyone that has that kind of vision of Cudahy is needs to have their eyes check.

I've talked to both candidates and quite frankly, wisniewski is like any other run of the mill political candidate.  He will say whatever he has to, to get elected and then once he is in office, decides that his constituents do not know the whole picture and he votes the way he sees fit.  At least with Randy, we may not always get what we want (but who does), at least he will vote the will of his constituents right or wrong.  And I can see which ones are the wisniewski supporters, because they skirt around the real issue here which is, why is wisniewski misrepresenting himself?

As for publishing this gentleman's address, I'll bet you all didn't have a problem when all the names of the gun owners had been published in the newspaper in New York state.

So who is Zachary Wisniewski?  I would like the real one to step forward and let the world or at least the Cudahy 3rd District know!  Come out and give in black and white how you feel on the issues.  I have been asked by Jon Schmidt a few times why Zachary Wisniewski will not answer questions of this nature.  I think you owe it to your constituents to let them know what they get by electing you as our Alderman.  Don’t you all agree?
