House Minority Leader Floats Idea of Changing so US Birth Doesn’t Guarantee US Citizenship
Boehner argues that the current constitutional situation is driving illegal immigration - a point of view echoed by Mitch McConnell, R-Ky, the Senate Minority Leader.
"Listen, I think it’s worth considering. ... It’s time for us to secure our borders and enforce the law and allow this conversation about the 14th amendment to continue," said Boehner.
